- Open run
- Type gpedit.msc
- Under user configuration select Administrative Templates
- Select System
- At the right side double click Prevent access to registry editing tools
- Select enable
- Select Yes below
- Apply then OK
- Close the application/program
- Now if you access regedit you can yes the dialog box which says:
